Mohammad Djafari, MD
Dr. Djafari received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tuebingen, Germany. He completed his
Residency at SUNY Health Science Center, Syracuse. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics in the U.S. and U.K.,
a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatricians and a Member of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis.
Dr. Djafari is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, German, and Farci (Persian). He has two sons, Alex and
Nich. In his leisure time he enjoys running, downhill skiing, tennis and classic movies.
Erin Strong, C-PNP
Ms. Strong received her C-PNP training at SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Nursing. She has
experience in Pediatrics, NICU, Emergency Room, and ENT/Allergy. She is married to Adam and mother to
Evangeline and William. In her free time, Erin enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, gardening and baking.
