vaccines



Our policy follows the outline of American Academy of Pediatrics vaccines for children schedule. We are a vaccine friendly office, and require all our patients to stay up to date on their vaccines.



office hours



We take every effort to meet the needs of our patients. Offering sick visits, well child checks, follow ups, and more every day. At this time we do not offer walk in appointments. Please call us to schedule a sick visit for your child. Please check our office hours to be sure they work with your family.



Insurance



At this time take a multitude of insurances. Please call the office to ask if we take your insurance. Please note- it is your responsibility to know the plan and coverage of your policy, provide insurance cards, and be prepared to pay co-pays and account balances at each visit.



No show policy



Our office has a strict no-show policy. After a no show of an appointment you will be called and notified and asked to reschedule. After the 2nd no-show, a warning will be given. 3 no-shows in a years time will lead to a release.



Patient portal



All of our paperwork, forms, and health questionnaires are available in your childs portal prior to their upcoming appointment. We ask all forms be completed prior to seeing the provider.



on call



24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year-

we have a provider on call for our patients in the event of immediate health concerns after office hours that can not wait until morning.
